#2 National Day of the Cowboy
Make a braided bracelet, a cowboy sash, and your own cowboy notebook to go with your cowboy attire. Take aim at the Nerf target practice range or try your hand at a huge horseshoe game. Commemorate the occasion by having a cowboy caricature artist sketch you. Ballet Folclórico Xochipili will perform at 11 a.m., followed by Mariachi Los Viajeros at 2 p.m.
#3 FREE Kids Fest: Comes to You!
On July 24, families are invited to take a Kids Fest Tour to explore new attractions and companies while having fun together at our vendor and sponsor sites! They begin by selecting one of five starting locations strategically located throughout the metro, where they will enjoy activities such as face painting, bounce houses, and petting zoos from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and receiving their Kids Fest swag bag, which includes the Adventure Map and is full of vendor/sponsor information and coupons for the day. Each attraction or “stop” on the tour will provide something unique to Kids Fest guests.
#4 FREE Christmas in July at Joe B. Barnes Park
Come celebrate Christmas in July with us at Joe B. Barnes Regional Park! This FREE family event will bring Christmas joy to Midwest City, as well as games, live entertainment, food trucks, and other activities.
