5 Best Breakfast Restaurants in Oklahoma City

Best Breakfast Restaurants Image

Breakfast, according to experts, is the most important meal because it helps you burn calories throughout the day, which boosts metabolism and helps with weight management. Depending on where you’re from, where you’re eating, or what you’re in the mood for, breakfast can be made up of a wide variety of foods.

According to culinary historian and author Abigail Carroll, the United States didn’t have breakfast food until the mid- to late 1800s. And what was eaten in the mornings prior to that was, more often than not, leftovers from the previous evening’s dinner.

Nowadays, pretty much throughout the country, when we talk about going to a restaurant for breakfast, we’re often presented with some fairly standard options – breads, cakes, meats, and eggs, to name a few. It’s this style of restaurant in Oklahoma City that we’re featuring below. Bon appétit!
